The Journal Publishing Agreement consists of these Business Terms and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Any given publishing quotation will be valid for 90 days from the date of quotation.
The Initial Term of this Journal Publishing Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for three (3) years.
The Journal Publishing Agreement shall automatically renew for successive terms of three (3) Years, subject to advance payment and revised charges.
Unless either Party (Publisher or Journal) gives written notice of termination of the Agreement to the other Party not less than three (3) months before the end of the Initial Term.
Non-payment of renewal charges and pending dues shall close the manuscript processing.
Non-payment of charges will delay the publication process, and the publisher shall not be liable for any consequences to the journal.
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction shall be Malegaon, Maharashtra, India.
